Thank you for visiting Jenny Nails Spa, we have something changes to online/phone call appointment. Before you make an appointment, please make sure that you keep following up the appointment by your text message. Due to limited space for making appointment, please read the following:

  • NO CALL NO SHOW WILL HURT OUR BUSINESS. IF YOU ARE NEW OR FIRST TIME VISIT, WE WON’T TAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT IN THE NEXT TIME IF YOU HAVE NO CALL NO SHOW.

 

  • LATE SHOWS 10 MINUTES OR MORE WILL MAKE YOUR NAILS IMPERFECT. YOU SHOULD RESCHEDULE AFTER 15 MINUTES LATE.

FAQ For Appointments

New Clients - Book Appointment - Deposit Require!

Starting Aug 01, 2022, new clients are going to require depositing 100% for the service you want. This deposit will be never refunded if you are NO SHOW – NO CALL. We want to make sure our business works as usual. We will call you to confirm if you make an online appointment (New Clients). When you show up & get the service done, you do not need to pay extra unless your service is added in extra stuffs.

Book appointment for weekend!

Due to limited spaces for services, please book your appointment in advance at least a week before for your service. If you are new clients, starting Aug 01, 2022, you are going to require depositing 100% for the service you want. This deposit will be never refunded if you are NO SHOW – NO CALL. Why do I get the message informing that the appointment is not available when I booked it was available?

Due to limited spaces for services, it is the rule “FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED“. When you book, the frame time is available, but you get the message informing that your appointment is not available. This may be happened in this situation like this: there are some clients who book in this frame time before, we have not been confirming yet. So based on who book first then we confirm, if we are full, it will be cancelled.
